Why We Enforce the Unopened Guarantee
At Kingshyer, our concentrated perfume oils are formulated without alcohol, phthalates, or artificial stabilizers. Instead, they are aged in Canberra using wild-harvested Cambodian agarwood, rare florals, and precious resins.
When a flacon is unsealed, exposure to atmospheric oxidation and natural skin contact permanently alters the molecular maturation of the botanical bouquet. For hygiene, chemical purity, and the safety of all patrons, once a container has been opened, it cannot be safely reintroduced into inventory or repurposed.
Unopened & Mint
Flacons with unbroken tamper seals, cellophane, and pristine luxury presentation packaging qualify for full 30-day returns.
Opened or Tested
In accordance with strict cosmetic hygiene regulations, opened bottles or diffuser clips are strictly non-returnable.
Australian Consumer Law (ACL) Safeguards
Our policy operates alongside your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product arrives with a manufacturing defect, damaged glassware, or faulty applicator, we replace it instantly at zero expense or grant a complete refund.
